Terms of Service for Until

Until is a context-aware reminder application for iOS that allows you to create reminders triggered by real-world events such as phone unlock, charging state, location arrival, app usage, and specific times. The App operates locally on your device with optional cloud-based analytics and crash reporting as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

The App does not require you to create an account. An anonymous identifier is generated locally on your device for analytics purposes. This identifier is not linked to your Apple ID or any personal information.

4.1 Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited functionality, including up to 3 active reminders and basic trigger types (specific time and phone unlock).

4.2 Until Pro Subscription

Until Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription with the following options:

• Monthly subscription - billed monthly
• Yearly subscription - billed annually

Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices are in your local currency as determined by the App Store.

4.3 Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.4 Free Trial

If offered, a free trial period is available for new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

4.5 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

4.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose - creating and managing personal reminders. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the App's proper functioning
• Circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms
• Use the App to collect data about other people

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by IbnuJabir and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

All reminders, saved places, and other content you create within the App ("User Content") remain your property. We do not access, view, or claim ownership of your User Content. User Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• That reminders will fire at the exact intended time under all circumstances

The delivery of reminders depends on iOS system capabilities, device settings, battery state, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered as expected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IbnuJabir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IbnuJabir from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store - for distribution and payment processing
• PostHog - for anonymous analytics
• Sentry - for crash reporting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at until.info/terms with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
